Good

My baby settles very quickly, I use it, when he does not wants to be in a stroller or to go on a for stroller unfitted terrain. It is made of a very soft material, so it is nice for me and my baby, but one has to attach it very strongly and sturdy, otherwise it does not hold the baby quite well.

So soft

The serenity wrap is very breathable and soft, which make it a very good option for the warm days. You feel your little one very comfortable and secure in there!

Didn't receive item, poor customer service

Ordered and not delivered, said they'd send another one which also wasn't delivered and they stopped respindung to my queries. Worst customer service. Would not order from this site or brand.
