I’ve recently purchased a Boba Air carrier. We were blown away with my husband, how small and light it is. It’ll be perfect for short trips! We keep it in the stroller basket now, whenever baby gets fussy in the stroller, we can put him into the carrier. I would say, the Boba X is more comfortable and fabric is definitely nicer on the baby’s skin but we bought the Air for a different reason, not for long babywearing sessions.

Lightweight and stylish; could be more comfortable

This carrier is well designed and easy to pack away and the nylon fabric is very sturdy and easy to maintain. I love it, except I'd appreciate at least a minimal padding on the waist..

Great service and my baby and I love the Boba Air!

Hello!
I had an issue with the original Boba Air that I ordered. I wrote to Boba customer service about this and was sent a new one relatively quickly. It is perfect and I have had no issues with it and have been using it ever since.

The Boba Air was meant to be my backup light weight carrier to use during our family vacation. I wanted a backup because my baby spits up a lot and I thought when he spits up on my main carrier (a Manduca, I have VG used it with all my 3 children), I could use the Boba Air, whilst washing the Manduca and waiting for it to dry.

Well, it has turned out to be the only carrier I have used since I received the new one. 😃 It is really comfortable to baby wear with it and that says a lot as this is my third baby and he already weighs 9.5 kilos and I have tried so many different carriers over the years, from ring slings to other structured and non-structured carriers, and previously mostly used the Manduca, especially for walks and hiking. However, the Boba Air has become my favourite! It also does well in the heat and is super easy to breastfeed in and my baby sleeps in it like a dream!

The one small improvement I would recommend to Boba to make the Boba Air carrier even better would be to add more head/neck support, as even with the hood up, the baby’s head can tilt back somewhat as there is little neck support compared to some other carriers. Moreover, the sides of the hood are very elastic, too much so; therefore, the hood does not provide any real head/neck support. Increased head/neck support would be especially helpful for when the baby is sleeping. Other than that, the Boba Air carrier is awesome and both my 6 month old baby and I love it!

Keep up the great work Boba!

Kind regards,

Sandra J.

Life is the best classroom.

And you are the best teacher. With you, they get a safe place from which to view the world and learn about the unknown. When your baby is calm and alert and in touch with you, they're in the optimum state for observing and processing the stimuli.
